When booking an appointment online, please only book one person per available time slot. If two or more patients require to be seen please book an individual appointment for each person or phone the surgery to accommodate your requirements.
Please note, immunisations (including whooping cough vaccination), company medicals and any appointments requiring a nurse cannot be booked online. If you require a nurse, medical or immunisation appointment, please phone the surgery. Also, if you do not see your doctor listed or require an urgent appointment, please ring the surgery on 69715000.
